How Long does It Take to Design A Logo?
Surprisingly, not long. The process averages between one and two weeks, depending on how much communication we get between you and us. Simple logos that may only have 2-3 essential colors may take as little time as a week. More complicated logos that may require 3D modeling will require more time.
What is the Logo Design Process?
The design process is fairly simple for a logo. We usually start with the following question in order to narrow down the amount of ideas:
• What are the colors you would like?
• What design style did you have in mind? Contemporary, Antique, Edwardian..ect
• What icons or symbols would you want to associate with your business, organization, team?
• Would you like the logo layout to be in a rectangle, or a square?
After we secure these different ideas, we will draft out 5 logos for you to look at, and comment on. Sometimes we hit the nail on the head, and sometimes we don’t come close. Regardless we will come back with another set of logos for you to look at. Bad Wolf Designs knows how important your logo is for establishing the message you want to convey and brand in public, and we want to make sure your logo I exactly how you imaged it.
After we draft out your logo, we ill give you a final version. After you have approved it, we will provide you with all the standard formatting for print (300dpi) and Web (72dpi), in standard file formats:

Do I own the logo after you are done?
After Bad Wolf Designs creates your logo or corporate Identity, it is your. We retain the right to feature it on advertisements, and in the portfolio pages, but that is all. You will not have to rent your logo from us, or purchase the rights to it. Your logo is yours.
What is the web Design Process?
The web design process is similar to the Logo Creation process, but it does entail more feedback, and drafting. First we try and narrow down the design parameters:
• What are the colors you would like?
• What design style did you have in mind? Contemporary, Antique,
• What are your favorite websites you go to everyday?
• What are your least favorite websites?
• Who are your top competitors?
• What do you like about their websites?
• What do you hate about their websites?
• What makes your business, school, or organization different from others?
After we have a general idea of the website we’ll get to work on what it will look like. This could take some time (Est. week or two weeks). In that time we research all the answers you gave, look at how the public will use your site, and what they expect from it in order to design your site to be used easily. (Hint: For faster website creation timelines start to gather your content while we design the site. Pictures, text…ect)
Once the first drafts are made, we will work with you to create a site that you envisioned, and create your site based on your expectations, and the expectations of your visitors. The amount of time this process takes is dependant on the amount of communication necessary.
After the designs are finalized, we will set to work on creating your site and populating it with the content provided (pictures, text, information). Depending on the site’s size this could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
After the site is created we put it in a text launch phase. We essentially try and “break” your site by driving extreme amounts of traffic to the server, load measure page load times, picture load times, test emails, links, and clean up any last minute details. You will have access to the site at this point, and before it goes “live” we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your site before it is published.
How Long Does It Take To Make A Website?
I know it must me frustrating to hear, but it is hard to give a blanket answer to the question. Websites vary in size and complexity. We could build a 3-page brochure site quickly, while ecommerce sites take a long while to construct, test, and launch successfully. Bad Wolf Designs wants to design your website that will meet your expectations, and be useful to your visitors, and that process can be both fast and slow.

What Is SEO?
SEO is short for Search Engine Optimization. You may have heard the acronym SEM, which is Search Engine Management. Both are marketing practices to drive traffic to your website. By optimizing your search results in the popular search engines such as Google, Yahoo! And Bing, you can drive relative traffic to your site.
SEO/SEM are techniques and practices designed to capture relative traffic for your site. SEO techniques ensure your pages are properly titled, indexed by search engines, use good keywords and search terms your visitors will use, and linked with other relative sites.
SEO is a powerful internet marketing tool, but it can also require a slow amount of time to become truly effective. Instead of paying for visitors (See PPC), SEO techniques help drive traffic to your site for free, and get your website to the top of the search results.
During the website creation process, Bad Wolf Designs will make sure your website is optimized for search engines and visitors to find you. Advanced SEO techniques (keyword research, traffic measurement, interlinking, and content creation) take a lot of time, and Bad Wolf Designs offers monthly SEO Marketing packages for your website to get found at the top of those search results.

What Is PPC?
PPC is short for Pay-Per-Click marketing. When you search fro anything n Google, Yahoo, or Bing, there will be search results and advertisements at the top, right side and Bottom of the page. Those are advertisements that are from pay-per-click campaigns. Every time you click on those ads, someone has paid for you to click through to their site. If you cannot get your website found at the top immediately for search results, you can pay to be on the same page.
Example:
You just created a shoe store online. You want everyone to know about it, but the first page results for “shoes” are dominated by Shoes.com, Payless.com, and Zappos.com.
In order to get on that first page you may need to bid on the word “shoes” to get to the top of the page. When someone clicks on your ad to go to your website, you will be charged the bid amount per click. Sometimes those bids can be as high as $10 a click.
